Interviews
Josh loves chatting to a range of guests, be that fascinating local residents on community radio, legendary broadcasters and musicians for Radio Caroline, or stars of stage and screen for the BBC. He has interviewed some huge names including: Jim Carrey, Francis Rossi, Tony Blackburn, Lucy Benjamin, Rick Wakeman, 'Whispering' Bob Harris, Nils Lofgren, Paul McKenna, Thunder, Emperor Rosko, John Illsley and many more.
Below is Josh's interview with Andy McCluskey of Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark - one of his favourites to date. It was uploaded on the Radio Caroline YouTube channel, where you can also find a number of Josh's other chats with big guests.
Voiceovers
Josh has been asked to provide voiceovers for radio jingles, adverts, special occasions and audio projects. Below are some of the most recent projects Josh has lent his voice to:

Advert & Jingle Production
Josh has been involved in writing, recording and producing a number of adverts for local events, sponsors, and shows including Maldon's iconic 'Soultasia' festival. Similarly, Josh has recorded and produced a large amount of jingles for a range of shows and presenters.
Josh is always available for audio production work and offers competitive rates.
Event Hosting & Planning
With both Radio Caroline and Caroline Coastal FM, Josh has hosted a number of events, including quiz nights, fundraisers and guest talks. Josh has been involved in organising and planning many of these events too, including weekend broadcasts from aboard the former pirate radio ship Ross Revenge, as well as the above mentioned quiz nights, fundraisers and events. Guest Speaker
Josh has been a guest speaker at a number of radio related events, including Radio Caroline Support Group meetings and listener get-togethers. On many occasions, he has publicly spoken about the importance of local radio, the history of pirate radio, being a young DJ in the industry, and lots of other topics.
Presenter Training
At Caroline Coastal FM and Chelmsford Community Radio, Josh has trained many DJ's, young and old, some with past experience and many with none at all. He has taught them the importance of what you say and when you say it, following formats and rules, including local content, how to utilise your voice best, creating a professional and personal sound, and most importantly, how to have fun in the job!
