To commemorate 80 years of VE Day, Josh reported for BBC Essex throughout the day, broadcasting live from a number of events taking place in the county. This included a Swing Dance at Tilbury Docks, and the launch of a new exhibit at Maldon's Military Services Museum.
On April 4th, Caroline Coastal held their biggest event yet, as renowned cover band Mars Garden took to the stage at Maldon Town Hall for a night of 60's music. All money raised went towards the station - and the night was organised and hosted by Josh! You can read more here.
In December, Josh joined LBC as a freelance producer, and said it was 'very exciting' to 'help deliver some of the top news stories' to over 3.3 million listeners. Since joining, he has worked on shows for Matthew Wright, Vanessa Feltz, Andrew Marr, Iain Dale, Tom Swarbrick and more.

Caroline Coastal returned to the legendary radio ship Ross Revenge in October - their first time at sea since their hugely successful relaunch broadcast in April 2024. There was great music through the weekend, and lots of money raised.
Josh was a part of BBC Essex's presence at the Clacton Air Show 2024. He helped to produce Steve Scruton and Ian Wyatt's programme from the event, which was broadcast on air and to the 250,000 visitors up and down the seafront.
In August 2024, Radio Caroline held their annual fundraiser as they continue to try and save their former pirate radio ship Ross Revenge, which is in desperate need of structural repairs. More than £60,000 was raised over the four days.

After a year of hard work, Caroline Community Radio relaunched as Caroline Coastal FM in April during an offshore broadcast from the radio ship Ross Revenge. Since then they have achieved extraordinary heights broadcasting to the Essex Coast.
